At Sarum Rock, we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. This policy outlines the terms of our 12-month warranty and our approach to returns and refunds.

1. Warranty Coverage

All Sarum Rock jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

2. What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faults in materials or craftsmanship present at the time of purchase

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper care, cleaning, or storage

  • Accidental damage (including dropping or crushing)

  • Loss or theft

  • Alterations or repairs not carried out by Sarum Rock

  • Misuse, excessive force, or exposure to harsh chemicals or environments

4. Eligibility

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser

  • Proof of purchase (invoice number) is required

  • The warranty is non-transferable

  • The warranty is void if the jewellery has been altered or repaired by anyone other than Sarum Rock

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us within 12 months of your purchase date at:

  • Your order or invoice number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the defect

We will review your claim and advise on the next steps.

6. Resolution

If an item is confirmed to be faulty under this warranty, we will offer:

  • A replacement item of the same design, or

  • A similar item of equal value (if the original is unavailable)

Refunds are not offered for warranty claims unless required by law.

7. Returns & Shipping

  • All approved returns must be sent to a UK return address only

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping within the UK only for items deemed defective under this warranty

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

8. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
